Q. How do I place an order?

A. Email us at orders@amaryllisjewelry.com with the artist name, style #, and your contact information, OR-Call us at 410-576-7622 Monday thru Saturday 10 am to 9 pm or Sunday 12 pm to 6 pm and we will be happy to help you.We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, in addition to mall gift cards and Amaryllis gift certificates.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. For merchandise that we have in stock, orders will be shipped twice weekly. Other shipping options are available. For merchandise that is not in stock, we will contact the artist to find out availability and time frame. We will then contact you to confirm the order. As most of our items are handcrafted, please allow 2-6 weeks for out of stock orders.

Q. How do I check my order?

A. You may check the status of your order by emailing us at orders@amaryllisjewelry.com or calling us directly at 410-576-7622.

Q. Do I need to pay sales tax?

A. A 5% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped in Maryland. All other orders are tax- free.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason it has not lived up to your expectations, you may return merchandise for a refund or merchandise credit.

A full refund (less shipping costs) will be offered for returns made within 14 days of ship date, accompanied by a receipt or gift slip.

An exchange for store credit (less shipping costs) will be issued for returns made between 14-30 days, accompanied by a receipt or gift slip. Gift receipts can be dated to allow appropriate return time. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Due to credit card processing costs, a 5% restocking fee will be charged on all returns for refund. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that purchased in our Gallery location store are exchangeable for merchandise credit.

Special orders are a final sale and may not be returned.Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or gift slip. Returns without a receipt or gift slip cannot be processed. Please package merchandise carefully and in its original packaging if available. We recommend fully insuring the package with a carrier that provides a tracking number, as Amaryllis will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Q. How and when are items shipped?

A. In stock items are shipped every Tuesday and Friday. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped fully insured via UPS. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. You may email us to request a tracking number for your order.

A.We recognize that privacy is important. We do not share any information with other parties. The information we collect is used solely to enhance the quality of customer service and improve your shopping experience.
